I am Mrs. K. Rodríguez, your child's English teacher. I have a BA in English as a Second Language and a Master's Degree in Bilingual Education.
With God's help, we will have an extraordinary year filled with excitement, fun, and lots of learning. You will be given the tools and opportunities to really explore knowledge. I believe that learning can be an enjoyable journey, where in the end we can all grow and develop a true love of wisdom and discover our strengths and passions. You will sprout and bloom like a flower.
Parents, I will appreciate open communication with you concerning your child's academic gains and/or struggles, and behavior in the classroom. If you have a concern you can contact me through email, a letter, or an appointment with the school's secretary. Together, you and I can work to ensure that your child is successful.
